best run and gun camera?

Hi all seems like a hard time to buy? ive recently come back into the world of cinematography, my background and future will be predominately documentary/surfing/action sports. the fs5 looks great but im worried about the issues and UHD limitations. But ive always shot sony and really think this camera can be great? so my question is, for an industry solely revolved frame rates and colour is this the camera for me? also with external recorder can UHD 422 10 bit be achieved?
