sony phu-120 gb professional hard disk unit

Has anyone had any experience with this sony phu-120/220 gb professional hard disk unit?

I have abd I would advice to stay clear.
The USB connection is very flmsy and small and can easily be pulled or knocked out.
Also its can not be repaired... even though it is branded as a professional product.

I lost a lot of footage after losing the drive of my EX3.. Sony could not repair it.
If you are looking of something of a simular nature you could try e-films e-HDR.
I have used this for quite a while... and you can replace the hardisks

i am facing unsupported files problem with PHU-220R hard disk......did you get any alternative for this ajit ?
